In a few short paragraphs, describe the ideal team that you intend to have for your project and how you will go about recruiting them.

Here are some questions to think about that will help you develop your recruitment strategy: What types of positions will be created to support you in launching your project? What type of person or people will be the best match for these positions? Why?How can you make the positions attractive to them? Where will you recruit these people? How will you select them? How will you motivate and retain these people? How will you cultivate a sense of shared ownership and vision?

For Launching I need 3 to 4 developers (iOS, Android, Backend, Front-end). I can manage the designs my self, marketing expert 1 or max 2 people in it & 1 Program manager. So that is a total of
8 people to launch the project.

Developers with 3 to 4 years experience will do good for this job. Designing well I am not a perfect one but will be taking suggestions from the other designers I know. Marketing experts will come up
with new ideas that will help promote the new trend and that will give some "ahaa!" moment to the viewers. This team has to be strong and creative because majority of the part in launching depends
on this. Program manager will be the one responsible of collaborating with partner NGO's and identifying the out of school children, so there is no need of experienced candidate we can hire a fresh one.

I have friends in every field whom I can rely on and they are very supportive. So I'll ask them for recommendations according to my requirements. Because this is something which gave me my first job,
and my employer were really happy with my work. So I believe that when someone recommend someone it's not because they need to set them up for the job but they care about you and give you
the best person they think will suit best in the field. So at first I will ask for recommendations of people and if I can't find the particular candidate then by using the power of social media I'll put the ad on
different pages and will get the Resumes. Selection will be based on the requirements for the job.

I'll motivate them by sharing the idea and how they are working for something new and innovative. To make it big there role in the organization is important. By telling them about the environment, how
cool is it to work here. Sharing our policy for the protection of rights, equality and respect. By telling them that this is something big they are building and if they do a splendid job this is the long term result.
Also this will create a sense of ownership. Because they will be free to take self initiatives and perform experiments.
